QUALITY SERVICE VALUE
Improving, or adding value to the supply chain is NTF's ongoing strategy. That means a commitment to establishing and maintaining better communications and a better relationship between employees, materials suppliers - the manufacturer (NTF) - and you the builder.
Builders must be able to have total faith and trust in the manufacturer and know that they are receiving the most suitable product at a competitive price, and that the product will be there when they want it.
NTF is at the forefront of technology in the timber roof truss and pre-nailed wall frame industry in Australia and will continue to strive to stay there.
In 2007 NTF expanded further with the construction of a new shed and the installation of state of the art equipment. This facility allows easier manufacture of large span and complex scissor type trusses.
HISTORY
Northside Trusses & Frames (NTF) had its humble beginnings in 1983 - in the back yard of a property under some old mango trees in Kallangur on Brisbane's northside.
Just two years later, NTF moved to its own premises. By 1992, the company had outgrown those premises, so they made the move to the present 14 acre site (pictured right) at Brendale in the Pine Rivers Shire in January 1993.
Growth has been constant, yet the directors, Greg Dummer and Don Gynther, continue to be involved with the day to day running and decision making of the company.
"The building industry has always been cyclical and you have to adjust to the market that you are in," Don says.
